Cons: "nothing"

Pros: "The space of the seat is wide. Nice chocolate."

Cons: "First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

Pros: "Attendants were attentive and efficient"

Cons: "Getting from one the deplaning pad to a gate on the opposite side of the airport was daunting given that we were running 1/2 hour behind schedule. We made it with barely enough time, but our luggage did not."

Pros: "Good crew and despite the short flight we even got a sandwich which was great after a long day"

Cons: "No entertainment but short flight"

Pros: "Left on time. Quick flight."

Pros: "There was too little space between rows. Sometimes it was too difficult to watch a movie because the screen was too close to my face."

Pros: "I was gratified to see that the 777 Boeing aircraft have now replaced the older Airbus aircraft..... This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Cons: "I had no complaints except that there was a 40+ minute delay in receiving our checked baggage..... this could have been a problem With the airport ground crew at Zurich airport ....."

Cons: "Seat would not recline. Long fight cramped 27B"

Pros: "Nice self boarding"

Cons: "No big screen to communicate priority to boarding since I am deaf."

Cons: "They canceled the flight and took me to another company with a stop in Turkey,it was a really bad and uncomfortable flight And I’m really disappointed!!!!!"

Cons: "the very long layovers.i did not enjoy complications to find a place to rest between long flights."

Pros: "Good and fast service"

Cons: "The size you allow for the hand baggage is insufficient"

Cons: "The airline changed a seat reservation after I paid for it. The Swiss support staff told me on the phone they would call me back. They never called back. I called again and was told the seats are changed and I can’t do anything anymore. The return flight seats also disappeared from the reservation. I had also paid for it. The support staff when I called again put back the seats for my return flight. I tried to check in online. Not working. Tried at least 50 times. Not working. Called the support staff. They told me to call the check in support center. I called the check in support center at least 50 times where mi was told the staff are busy and could not answer the call. I called at 6:00am next day where I was told by the check in support staff that my ticket had an issue which they did not know exactly what was the issue but prevented me to do a check in. I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

Cons: "See comment above. Zurich airport transfer desk was not staffed by Swiss air staff. Made resolution of missed flight more difficult. Also was not informed till I checked in at San Francisco that my bag would probably not arrive at the time I arrived in Geneva."

Pros: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."

Cons: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

Pros: "Swiss Air is very nice, planes are clean, snacks on board were fantastic!"

Cons: "Why the ridiculous amount of money to check a small bag? For this reason, I would not fly Swiss Air. My fancy sandwich was not worth CHF 50."

Pros: "The crew fed us well throughout the flight--and we got free wine with dinner. The food was pretty good for airplane food. We got fresh dinner rolls, salad, dessert, and Swiss cheese. We got ice cream part way through the trip. I loved that we got a piece of Swiss chocolate on each leg of the journey. The crew was friendly. There was a screen at each seat where you could watch movies or TV, listen to music, or track your flight. The entertainment was free, and the crew provided free earphones. Blankets and pillows were provided."

Cons: "Like most planes, there was not enough leg room. It makes it pretty uncomfortable for an 11-1/2 hour flight. The boarding was a little confusing, but no serious issues."

Pros: "on time, good food, pleasant service"

Pros: "Swiss is always a tad nicer than the alternatives"

Pros: "Legroom is too little"

Pros: "A snack was actually served on board! With a beer if desired."

Cons: "Change of planes at gate produced some boarding confusion."

Pros: "Comfortable....customer-service oriented staff. Enjoyable food, and entertainment."

Cons: "Only thing that could have been easier is to offer more self check-in options at the airport. Very courteous staff, and wait wasn't extremely long."

Pros: "EXCELLENT LEG ROOM"

Pros: "The crew was entertaining and pleasant. The flight was short and easy."

Pros: "Very pleasant and friendly attendants. Food good, you'll never feel hungry! Love the chocolates!"

Pros: "The flight attendants were exceptionally nice - a real pleasure. Food was also quite good and the chocolate passing out is a super excellent treat."

Cons: "It is disappointing, on an 8+ hour flight, to have the entertainment system broken. The crew was apologetic, but it still is really lame. Made the flight oppressively long."

Pros: "Its on time"

Cons: "They trick u, from one way the take ur carry on when u come back they say u have to pay for it. The person that were giving me boarding pass she was very mean she asked a guy the guy was tottaly stupid he was acting like he is the owner of swiss airline"

Cons: "When I booked the flight I thought it was El Al so I did not order kosher food (as all El Al food is kosher). I only found out later that it was Swiss Air and I was unable to get a kosher meal."

Cons: "Sound for on-screen entertainment not working. It was static-y all the time and completely cut out the rest of the time. I made various attempts to solve the problem, switching headphones, switching to my own headphones (which can't really be done because they have a two-prong jack and personal headphones are always one). I tried watching different movies, programs, music...it wasn't the material I was watching that was the problem. I asked the flight attendant to reset my console. That didn't work either. I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

Pros: "Crew was great. Very helpful because I needed assistance due to back injury."

Cons: "Food was not very good."

Pros: "Seat spacing better on the short flight than the long flight -- where is the Swiss logical thinking ---- apparently this is a myth"

Cons: "nothing to report since I slept!"

Pros: "Short flight. Not much is expected. 3 stars for no rating, except comfort. Small seats/felt cramped. Not a huge deal since it's a short flight."

Cons: "No negatives or anything that caught me off guard."

Pros: "Curtious Crew Fastest flight ever, landed one hour early and had a xtra room to lay down for a good sleep"

Cons: "The choices of movies"

Pros: "It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late."

Cons: "We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off"

Pros: "Good seats"

Pros: "All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome."

Pros: "Good movies."

Cons: "I called United to make sure there was a children’s meal for my 3 year old. There was not."

Pros: "Very pleased with crew and seats."

Pros: "The personnel AFTER passport control was wonderful, both airport and United. Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us."

Cons: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."

Pros: "3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it."

Cons: "Food was typical economy class fare."

Pros: "The chairs were comfortable the staff was very attentive and nice"

Cons: "I cant really say anything bad except for the fact that my luggage was broken but i did go to the counter and the person was very nice and handled the issue very proffesionally"

Pros: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

Pros: "Good schedules, good prices."

Cons: "They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable."

Cons: "I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."

Pros: "Excellent crew, ALL OF THEM! smiling and super helpful and they seemed to enjoy their job. Super clean restrooms (again, I was the first one in there - by chance)."

Cons: "I travelled economy. Somehow it felt quite crammed. I felt that there were too many announcements, in all 3 languages, it got frustrating, as it stops all onboard entertainment. Duty Free selection rather frugal."

Pros: "I found that the meal served was of particularly good quality and tasty"

Pros: "The plan arrived earlier than it was scheduled, everything wss smooth."

Cons: "nothing"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Crew was rude, including even the pilot, who was unbelievably rude."

Pros: "Smooth and welcoming boarding New aircraft Good crew with free drinks"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The infligt entertainment was good."

Cons: "The staff for SN Brussles is very rude to Africans. They are super disrespectful and it is very obvious how tacist they are. It is uncomfortable flying witha stafflike that. Also our flight had electrical and engine problems at our first stop in Freetown. Once we landed in Monrovia, it took about 35mins for them to let us off the plane because the doors were not working and opening up. Once we finally got off the plane, it took a whole 2 hours for them to get our baggage e off the plane because spmething was wrong and they couldnot access the baggage to take it off. I am aware that planes can “fly with one engine”, but flying a plane with one engine along with it having electrical problems is not safe and A RISK! why take that risk of something bad happening, not only would lives of innocent people and their crew get lost, but that is a million dollar assest that could get lost and a PR nightmare. It is a shame they took that risk. They also dodnt tell us until we landed. Had I known before we took off at Freetown I would have gladly fot off and found another mode of transportation to get to my final destination. SN Brussels is know to send their sh*tty planes to Africa, because there are always problems with the planes heading to that continent. It is just another obvious proof of their racism."

Cons: "no information on the board about delay and gate change"

Pros: "Good value, Staff were polite and helpful. On time."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "They change my flight, and I had no kosher food in the other one"

Cons: "It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Pros: "Punctual, clean plane, friendly service"

Cons: "Everything was as expected. Full flight!"

Pros: "They gave us a pillow and blanket so we could sleep. They offered a good selection of movies and other entertainment. The airline staff was friendly and helpful."

Cons: "Seating was cramped but all airlines treat their three class clients like cattle."

Pros: "Ok easy flight. Crew were great, really friendly:)"

Cons: "Seats to small, food humm? Dubious"

Cons: "Service for my mom was great!"

Pros: "The crew was polite"

Cons: "The fight was delayed and cause me to lose my second flight even though they were the same airline and the second plane was still sitting at the airport. It added 6 hours to my journey."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Plane was malfunctioning- the electric went out several times ont be way to take off and right after landing. Food and drinks only for sale. Boarding late"

Pros: "flight arrived safely"

Cons: "everything else. Tegel is a mess, but also this Brussels Air / Lufthansa flight was tightly packed with absolutely no service for anyone not in the first 12 rows of the plane - more than half did not even get a drop of water"

Pros: "I was happy to see that I had a huge amount of leg room on both of the flight legs! - Very comfortable"

Pros: "I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher."

Cons: "Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly."

Cons: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Cons: "The lady at the gate was rude. I was in a group with small children, we were all family, she made me wait in line without my family."

Cons: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."

Cons: "check in timing"

Pros: "Friendly crew"

Cons: "Delay +50 minutes Because of the flying orange tomato"

Pros: "Excellent"

Cons: "Everything is fine"

Pros: "Crew was vey professional. Arrival in Rome was to a gate rather than a bus, which was unusual but nice. Baggage delivery was also surprisingly quick for Rome. The Brussels Airlines lounge in Brussels airport is fantastic!"

Cons: "The flight departure was delayed 1 1/2 hours, meaning we arrived in Rome at nearly midnight. No complimentary drinks on board. As a Star Alliance Gold member, I chose Brussels Airlines out of loyalty. But the cheap approach to customer care means I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

Pros: "flight staff were very professional."

Pros: "Nothing. Wanted it to be over already"

Cons: "Thw flight attendents gave a really bad service. They forgot to bring me food. The plain was really small and crowded... There was a lot of noise."

Pros: "Did not like airline so much."

Cons: "Staff did not allow access to lavatories when they were serving drinks and the long waits after were ridiculous"

Pros: "Flight was on-time"

Cons: "Cabin's temperature was too warm. Breakfast was just a cheap muffin and orange juice..."

Pros: "Thanks to formula b.family we had priority when boarding. The Kids were offered a present on board."

Cons: "I didn't like that Brussels air used united Airlines. UA is not very dependable and they cut corners on value for your money."

Cons: "The connecting flight was an hour late. We set inside the plane all this time while the crew could not decide what to do with luggage of a passenger who never showed up. The luggage was being removed and put back -and repeat several more time of the same- for a bit more than an hour. When we finally took off, there was an unpleasant surprise - we had to purchase our food. I had never had this experience before that we would not be offered food on a connecting flight and obviously was not prepared. Not only there was not food, or even a tiny snack offered, one had to buy mere water. Overall, very disappointed. BTW, our flight was not even on display anywhere at the Brussels airport, wrong gates were shown in our tickets and we almost missed boarding..."

Pros: "Crew was polite in spite of their frustrations and ours."

(Video) Dubai Visa-free Transit during COVID [SERBIA EP 3] - eng subtitles

Cons: "Power outage at Brussels airport caused a delay (no ones fault), a drunk man was let on the plane, which led to us detouring from taxi to another gate to have police escort him off. This led to extra security checks of hand and checked baggage. They found an extra bag? Which led to extra, extra security checks. Worker fell off the luggage conveyor belt, plane was surrounded by medical staff and an ambulance. We finally took off, 3 hours late. I arrived at St. Petersburg, but my luggage did not. The next day I found out it had been sent to Frankfurt. An absolute disaster, many of the problems could have been prevented by more diligence from the airline."

Cons: "Brusels airlines left and arrived with 40 min delay for a flight that should be only 1:50 hour"

Pros: "Crew were polite. Due to late BHX departure VCE connecting passengers were given barcode pass for fast lane thru security & passport control. BRU huge & a bit confusing. esp for arrivals from GB connecting to Italy. Lots of escalators and walking. Brussels airlines were fine. However, in future I would avoid using BRU as a connecting point unless more time between flights."

Pros: "Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible."

Cons: "Everything should've been planned better."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "They scam you on luggage. We purchased hold luggage prior, were told not to check it in, then forced to pay for it at the gate which was 60 euros per bag. Not sure if we’ll get a refund. But it was a really bad experience. One employee was kind, the others treated us very poorly."

Pros: "Crew were lovely and happy and kept us abreast of the problems that caused a delay in departure."

Cons: "Said it included a carry on and personal item - that isn’t the case. Anything bigger than a purse is considered a carry on"

Cons: "They changed the gate all of a sudden and did not provide any entertainment or food"

Cons: "The plane was very hot from the previous flight, and it didn’t seem like the AC was doing much."

Pros: "Nothing!"

Cons: "El vuelo se retrasó y teníamos conexión con el tren dos horas después, no dieron opción de nada, simplemente perdimos los pasajes del tren. El personal fue despectivo. No recomiendo para nada ésta aerolínea."

Cons: "More communication about the departure delay and location of the gate"

Pros: "Efficient crew. Good landing in difficult conditions."

Cons: "The boarding was long-winded and uncomfortable. There was a bus to a distant hard standing area."

Pros: "Friendly crew, arrived 40 minutes early."

Cons: "Seat wouldn’t recline."

Pros: "The crew was very pleasant, especially the member who spilled ice all over me (received free bottle of water)."

Cons: "They need to add more seating in the waiting area, we are seniors and had no seats."

Pros: "Great company! On time Super professional Friendly"

Cons: "2 hours delay"

Cons: "1 hour late both ways"

Pros: "Quick flight"

Cons: "Uncomfortable, cramped and had to pay 60 euros to check a carryon bag because I had a handbag as well."

Cons: "I didn’t like sitting at the gate for a long time without being told what the delay was all about. Also, the announcements were very hard to hear because they weren’t loud enough. That’s something that should not happen because people rely on the information you provide."

Pros: "I absolutely loved it. The staff was very kind, the plane was comfy and we saw a lot of things. Wonderful."

Pros: "On time, friendly, courteous, professional."

Cons: "Late take off"

Pros: "Flight departed and arrived ahead scheduled"

Pros: "The flight was excelent"

Cons: "The request before get into the plane to put an small bag in the suitcase"

Cons: "Per the airline, passengers are allowed 1 personal item such as a purse or computer bag PLUS 1 carry on that falls within size parameters. When my daughter and I went to board we, along with several other passengers were pulled aside. We were told that our personal item had to be placed into our carry on or we would need to pay Eu60 to check a bag each. There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."

Pros: "In flight entertainment that you don't have to pay for... Glad europe is finally catching up with North America"

Cons: "Boarding was a mess the aircraft was waiting for a stand for 10 minutes in Paris and boarding was not smooth. Over an hour late and I'm told this is a regular thing"

Cons: "I wasn't able to be on the flight because they didn't schedule a realistic amount of time to make the connection."

Cons: "I had 1 hour for my connection. It was absolutely impossible to make the connection in 1 hour. They should never have issued that ticket. They took no responsibility. I had to make the rest of my journey by train."

Cons: "Return flight was canceled just a few hours before actual departure. EaseJet did not have any other options for next couple days. We had to book 6 one-way tickets costing $2,400. Will never fly with EasyJet again!"

Pros: "It was nice to land a few minutes ahead of schedule"

Cons: "Having to walk so much to reach the gate"

Pros: "Smooth experience from boarding to landing. Staff efficient. Nothing to complain. We left in time and landed punctual."

Pros: "Legroom, ease of boarding, polite staff"

Cons: "Delayed takeoff and landing due to a mechanical problem if some sort"

Pros: "late one hour."

Pros: "It was very fast and efficent! Staff very helpful and welcoming!"

Cons: "There was nothing that i did not like. Staff were great"

Cons: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."

Cons: "Got to the airport 2hrs before flying. Waited 1.5 just to drop off a bag! Brutal."

Pros: "A short flight on time Boarding took little time and airline personnel were good"

Cons: "The 35-40 minute wait to receive our luggage in NCE. No reason, no in info were given to us about this unacceptable delay Re food and entertainment, Kayak, you should have a "did not try" line as i did not see any entertainment and did not taste the food"

Pros: "The cabin staff were awesome, and a credit to the company"

Cons: "Nothing, all good"

Pros: "Did not try food or entertainment, but it's a great value flight. Professional staff and flight times were spot on."

Pros: "Very friendly and funny captain / attendants"

Cons: "Seat was very uncomfortable, even for an airplane seat. It felt like it was slanting forward, so I couldn't sit still. The volume on the announcement system was also EXTREMELY high, so every time the crew made an announcement everyone jumped. It also repeatedly woke up small children, who cried every time."

Pros: "We called and spoke to a live person! Nice check in! No frill, cheap flight. On schedule!"

Cons: "A bit of a cattle call rush to board because there is not enough room for everyone's carry on."

Pros: "Nothing!"

Cons: "They made us wait until 15:30 to board our flight, although our flight was supposed to leave at 15:40. When we finally arrived in Rome they lost our luggage and didn't give me any explanation. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 21:15 but didn't arrive until 21:45. We waited and waited for almost 2 hours. Finally our luggage was on the belt and no one told us that it was even there just let us wait until someone noticed."

Cons: "The flight was 3 hours late; and there was no room for my cabin bag except at the back of the plan. Their cabin bag policy is not consistently applied"

Pros: "Took off on time; landed early"

Pros: "It's nice to have some snacks and food available"

Cons: "There was no fresh food available that didn't have milk or meat. That is, nothing for those who don't eat animal products. Only peanuts, pot noodles, etc."

Pros: "I did not like anyt services"

Cons: "It is not good compamy"

Pros: "They forced me and the other 2 last passengers to board to check their carry on bags saying he plane was full. When we walked on the plane it was half empty and half the overhead storage was empty."

Pros: "N/A"

Cons: "Was told by the gate agent the flight was too full for us to bring our carry on luggage on and had to pay for it to be checked. Flight was less then 50% full with many overhead bins empty. Paid €88 because we were told a lie."

Cons: "The check in and flight attendant serving food was rude. During flight children were up and down the aisle, noisy and standing on the seat,i.e. unsafe. Hope not to travel on Easy Jet again."

Cons: "Charged me 60eur for a mini laptop bag I couldnt stick into my carry on. It was the size small book. Never again easy jet!"

Pros: "Great"

Pros: "Clean plane Nice service Confortable seats Flight was on time"

Cons: "When booking in easy jet, the baggage policy should be more specified. In order to purchase online the baggages at a discount."

(Video) "Ka Jingkyrmen hapdeng Ka Jingduh Jingkyrmen" (Rom 5: 4-5) Rev. R. B. Marpna

Cons: "I had to pay a luggage fee of $44 Euros that came by a surprise. It was disappointing. I wish I knew ahead of time. The counter was really slow. It was only one person attending several people. Also, you had to pay the amount of luggage in another counter and not in the check in luggage which make things unbearable. Overall, a bad experience. The plane made weird noises when we were flying as well. I have taken several flights in Europe this month with Ryanair and Norwegian airlines and this was the worst experience."

punctuality of flight there was 1 hour delay

Too many hours of delay ( 4)

Cons: "Better organization on the boarding process, i.e. separate lines for priority and normal."

Cons: "Space between the seats."

Cons: "Was delayed"

Cons: "Changing in luggage information was annoying"

Pros: "Flight arrived"

Cons: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Pros: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Cons: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Pros: "The Check in was nice and polite"

Cons: "1. There was a delay in the flight. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The boarding was delayed. 4. The plane was not comfortable ."

Pros: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."

Cons: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Cons: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Pros: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."

Cons: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."

Cons: "You have to inform the customers, that company needs you to have a visa"

Cons: "Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!"

Pros: "There wasn't any delays, perfect landing"

Pros: "Staff"

Cons: "Extra charges. £35 to check bags in"

Pros: "Maybe the food selection and the price of it."

Cons: "I paid priority still wasnt able to board early and had to put my only bag under the seat."

Cons: "It a good option, a good price, i will fly again"

Pros: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."

Cons: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Pros: "Comfortable seats. I chose premium price so no issues at check-in. Staff was fantastic! This was my first WIZZ Air flight. It will not be my last!"

Cons: "Boarding did not provide order as everyone crowded to the front. Needs better lines."

Pros: "Price price price"

Cons: "Messy boarding"

Pros: "fast"

Cons: "hot on the plane"

Cons: "Priority: advantage only on call. Afterwards no adantage afterwardsroom for hand luggage"

Cons: "Altough I bought prioroty boarding, the ground handling staff did not take this into account so everybody boarded the same time."

Cons: "The approach of you, all together, should improve, be friendly, more can do attitude...Was not good at all, think to fly again with Wizz or NOT!"

Cons: "Was delayed on tarmac due to security error, not their error, but they seemed unwilling to at least give people complimentary water or coffee. Cheap airline they are!"

Pros: "Cooperative and kind crew. Excellent service. Pleasant flight, great landing and take off."

Cons: "NA"

Cons: "I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world"

Cons: "Extra fees for baggage and tickets that were not disclosed. The check in was incredibly disorganized. No help was provided with problems."

Cons: "There was a delay 1 hr poor service no apology"

Cons: "Before bording a man ask me to gollow him to mrsire my bag and let me pau 40 pound because its litle bit biger than he want and let others pass woth biger bag ."

Cons: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

Pros: "New aircraft"

Cons: "Boarding was horrendous. Flight was late in."

Cons: "Crampt seats, mob to board the plane, hour delay with no reason given."

Pros: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."

Cons: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Pros: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."

Cons: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Pros: "The crew in the plane"

Cons: "The quality of service in the boarding, Modified types of cabine bags, practically you have to bring one change of clothes an nothing else in order to fit for the standards of the "small cabine luggage" . The boarding crew was very rude"

Pros: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"

Cons: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Pros: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Pros: "I will never take flight with this company again!!!!! The worst ever shame on you"

Cons: "Layers"

Pros: "The journey took less than it supposed to. Amazing service"

Pros: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Pros: "Staff were friendly, when they weren't trying you charge you for everything"

Cons: "I've flown on dozens of airlines, and Wizz Air has to be one of the absolute worst in terms of arbitrary and punitive charges. I managed to avoid them, but you never know when they'll give you a €30 fee because your shoelaces are too long."

Cons: "Boarding and getting off the plane via bus"

Pros: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Pros: "online check in"

Pros: "Transparent fare, no frills and punctual."

Cons: "Hideous seats - seat backs don't decline which, combined with minimal legroom (even in "premium" section"), makes for a very uncomfortable flight."

Cons: "I tried for 3 days after I booked my flight to pre pay for 2 mid size bags we were going to check for the flight. In the 10-15 attempts or so, none of them ever went through. I tried everything I could, until finally giving up. I figured I could try my best to explain at the airport. Terrivle plan. The airport charge for 2 bags was 65 euros each! More than the cost of the one way flight! Nobody could help at the airport despite me explaining in detail that I had tried multiple times to book online to save $. Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"

Pros: "On time"

Cons: "Preview print passwords"

Pros: "Fast and easy on time flight from PMO to FCO"

(Video) 30- Ar Room 38 - 60 Fin Tafsir en Bamanaka Par ABDOULAYE KOITA

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Poor check in Service ... bullying. Paid 40 Euro each for 3 extra bags .... website extremely unclear. Plane had to return after taxiing to let ‘unwell passenger ‘ off. No other ongoing explanation... took an hour to get him off ! Felt quite unsafe ! Had to ask if they retrieved his bag ."

Pros: "Nothing at all"

Cons: "They have a sketchy system to rip people off. Unbelievable!"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Their staff not helpful on desk Asked them the question how to get boarding code pass barely answered"

Pros: "Friendly staff"

Cons: "25 minutes delay due to runaway problems"

Cons: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Cons: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Pros: "Friendly crew"

Cons: "Food"

Cons: "Went well took a long time to get luggage at claim"

Pros: "nothing"

Cons: "Flight delay, everything costs money, even a glass of water. I never will fly with them"

Cons: "Worst, never uses this company."

Cons: "55 Euros to check in at gate!!!!!!! Never again"

Cons: "1. I brought a trolley according to the specifications in the web page and the message sent to me. They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."

Pros: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."

Cons: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

Pros: "On time and friendly service"

Cons: "Hard landing was a bit worrisome"

Pros: "Great landing!"

Cons: "Very crowded and little room"

Pros: "Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs"

Cons: "Low cost ticket, high price side cost."

Cons: "The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."

Cons: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."

Cons: "Boarding could be more orderly."

Pros: "The plane was clean, and looked new"

Cons: "No space for my legs"

Pros: "Nothing, flying with this airline is a total NIGHTMARE!!!"

Cons: "The people at the counter is very rude and inflexible, they do not help you in anyway and they just want to charge you all the fees they can in a very disrespectful way! As customers we should not pay super high extra fees for checking in at the airport. When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Pros: "On time departure and arrival. Very effieixent"

Cons: "Seats could of Been a little more comfortable. But it was a short flight so not an issue"

Pros: "They play music while boarding"

Cons: "Seats don't recline No complementary water AC barely works They make you line up 1 hour before boarding"

Cons: "I check in my flight from my phone and add extra luggage ( more $$$ on top what we already pay from our flight ) and I get the confirmation. The day we flew back and the check in station in the airport they didn't find out online check in but they knew we add extra luggage. The ladies that helped us was rude and disrespectful. Waited customer service ever. I'm the end we had to pay $60 each to get in our flight. It was a ripped off. I'll never fly we them again."

Pros: "We flew Rome to Barcelona and we're scheduled to come back to Rome and then fly back to the states. Besides being able to change our flight to go from Barcelona back to the states (with Norwegian) due to changes in plan, we would have considered booking through another airline. Yes, it really was that bad! Food was fine but you have to pay extra for all of it."

Cons: "My bag touched the top of the bag screening box for carry-on but otherwise fit and would have fit FINE in the overhead compartment. But NO. I got to pay €50 instead and have them check it. Literally for touching the top but still fitting inside fine. Worst legroom ever. Terrible. I had a middle seat and elbows digging into me on both sides. Awkward! Online check-in automatically selects for one person to be in the front and one person in the back unless you pay more to sit together. Unless you pay the fee you cannot sit with someone you're traveling with. Bathroom broken on flight and only one stall available. Long wait! No pouches in the seat in front of you-- kind of annoying... Staff seemed burnt out and ready to get off the plane. I totally could empathize. Maybe it was because we were heading to Barcelona, but major party crowd who was pretty rowdy on the flight. People standing in the aisles blocking the flight attendants, people sitting on each other's laps some and being loud-- kind of like being on a party bus. Will for sure be telling friends to avoid this airline no matter the price-- not worth saving a few bucks for the discomfort and hidden fees. DON'T FLY this airline if you have kids. Your 5 year old will probably get a middle seat at the back of the plane while you're in the front unless you want to pay extra for everyone to sit together. DON'T FLY this airline if you have American sized carry on luggage. They don't care about your American sized luggage. Whatever the baggage guidelines are, subtract some because that's what they REALLY mean. Get the tiny hard case Euro suitcase if you want to carry on a bag. Otherwise the fee is very high! DON'T FLY this airline if you are over 6 feet tall or have long legs. Ok, they let you stand most of the flight anyway. You'll feel better on another airline. If you can spend an extra 15, do it and AVOID this one."

Cons: "I didn't like that the originally fairly cheap price became higher and higher to provide minimal comfort and service. 30-35 euros per bag, paid ahead of time, is a ridiculously high price to charge in addition to the flight cost. Middle seats unless you are willing to pay more. Not even a drink on the plan unless you are willing to pay. etc etc. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient not to provide a paper ticket. I was unable to print a boarding pass as I was away from home. At the check-in I was not given a paper boarding pass, and then when I got to the entrance area, my phone would not work to show the boarding passes electronically. Ryan Air's website was impossible to navigate to find my boarding passes, taking me literally about a half hour to figure out. This delayed our entry tremendously. On the flight out from Barcelona to Rome my son was allowed to carry on his skateboard plus one small other carryon. On the flight back, he was NOT allowed to take the board through security, and was told he was too late to check the board. This turned out not to be true, but we were not informed of this at check-in, again seriously delaying our boarding. Luckily we had arrived at the airport way too early, and this worked to our advantage given Ryan Air's incompetence. The next day we flew home on Swiss Air - what a pleasant difference to fly on a real airline! No issues, lots of help, etc. etc."

Pros: "I got exactly what was expected for the low price. This is a great way to travel light and cheap. The bad reviews are mostly a result of not reading the rules before booking. Don't expect food and entertainment."

Cons: "The boarding process could be a little faster if there was more than one person checking people through, but the flight still arrived on time."

Pros: "Flight was on time departure."

Cons: "Very rude crew"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "First they asked us to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight, sadly the staff did t arrive and didn't open the ticket counter until 2 hours before the flight. Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."

Pros: "Bus with wings"

Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "Getting through security was ridiculously slow and crowded. We would have missed our flight but the wonderful agent at the gate called a special bus for us to get to the plane."

Cons: "Chaotic boarding"

Pros: "Price"

Pros: "Comfort and crew was good"

Cons: "Not being able to have mobile boarding pass is stressful.. almost missed flight due to communication while checking in. I would not like to fly this airline again through Europe due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed and will choose EasyJet next time."

Pros: "got to Rome 5 hours late"

Cons: "This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!"

Cons: "Nickel & dime u to death"

Cons: "Over crowded. Uncomfortable seats"

Pros: "The flight was fine"

Cons: "They charge you for everything and it's outrageous, if you don't check in before and print or have the boarding pass on your phone, they charge you $45 euros!"

Pros: "I liked that it got me where I wanted to go. The staff was nice."

Cons: "I had to jump through hoops to print a boarding pass even though I had Ryanairs app with a mobile boarding pass. 3 hours of my Sat and Sunday in Barcelona were spent searching for an open copy/print shop. Would have been nice to know more than 48 hours before my flight. I get to the airport after not finding a print shop, expecting to pay through the nose for them to print the tickets for me and they say I didn't even need it. They supply the boarding pass. Wow. The boarding is a joke. They don't board in zones, so the line was literally 180 people long. I wasn't even in the back of the line and it still bothered me. Now let's get to the plane, again, staff and pilot were great. The seats have NO leg room. I have long legs and it was miserable. No seat back pocket to put things. No recline on the seats. The aisle way sagged everytime someone walked past me, leaning my seat toward the aisle. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. This flight I paid for a lesson. That lesson being never never never ever ever ever fly Ryanair again. I would gladly pay a little more money to save my poor knees from being in that position again."

Cons: "No space on the back of seat to place a laptop or book, no way to charge phones. In flight snacks and light drinks were not free."

Cons: "online check in did not work so I had to purchase a boarding pass in the Catania airport which doubled the price of my ticket. What a scam. Beware!"

Pros: "They wouldn't let me carry on my beach umbrella, not cool. Otherwise fine."

Pros: "Flight"

Cons: "Too much advertising"

Pros: "Cheap fares"

Cons: "They try to charge you for everything. Be careful that you print your boarding pass and check in prior to arriving at airport for your flight, or they will try and charge you 45 Euro."

Pros: "The plane arrived on time to Rome. That's about it."

Cons: "Not much TO like. The biggest problem was having our luggage LOST for 90 mins after arriving at Rome. How does the plane lose our luggage on a DIRECT flight? And in that time items disappeared from one of our suitcases. Specifically, $60 U.S. And a set of Bluetooth wireless earphones. My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees. But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares."

Pros: "Thiumbs up!"

Pros: "Crew was nice. Great landing. Took off a half hour late but landed only seven minutes late. Not bad at all!!"

Cons: "The arriving plane was late, which is understandable and not an issue. However the airport boarding crew insisted on boarding us even though the plane wasn't at the gate yet. We all stood in a hot gangway, then stood on a stairwell to the tarmack (again without air conditioning) while the crew cleaned the plane. During this time, people who didn't pay for priority seating were making their way to the front of the lines that caused some pushing and was unfair to my wife and I who paid for priority seating. That whole process should have been handled better."

Pros: "The price & the ability to carry on our bags. The coffee smelled delicious, but we didn't try any. Wish we would have."

Cons: "Our flight over to Catania left an hour late. We had to move from one gate to another. Even after waiting in line patiently, other people tried to move to the front of the line, cutting in front of us. We were told that if you wanted to not check your bags to be sure to get in the front of the line, so we did so, standing for nearly an hour, only to have other people sneak to the front of the line & cut in front of us. I don't know if there is anything you can do in the future to create a "queue" for lines for boarding, probably not, and other than that our experience with Ryan Air was good."

Pros: "Landed safely"

Cons: "Operationally needs work. Boarding was slow & no logic to the order. Long lines & long wait times."
